HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

After creating your shopping cart, fill in your name, address, telephone and e-mail information completely, clearly and clearly , and thoroughly check whether the information is correct. It is important that your information such as address, telephone, e-mail is complete and correct, so that your order reaches you on time and we can easily contact you when necessary.

After this stage, it is time to choose the payment method for the order you have created. You can make your payment in two ways; You need to select the PayTR option to complete your payment with a credit card, or the wire transfer/EFT option to complete your payment by sending money from your bank account.

After choosing and confirming your payment method, an e-mail containing the information about your order is sent to the e-mail address you have specified. Please also review this e-mail. CARGO AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) after your payment is completed . Depending on the distance from the delivery address, the contracted courier company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.

Delivery times of special production products vary according to the production time. The delivery information and times of such products are specified on the product pages.

In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important.

Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days. The products you have purchased will be notified to you by a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected is not available in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you and you will be informed of the date when the product will be in stock for the first time.

If the product you have paid for is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (Four) days and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product is not sent to the consumer between these dates, the payment will be returned to him.

Unpaid orders will be canceled within 3 working days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANNOT BE REACHED AT THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED?
If you are not at the specified address, your parcel will be returned to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch. You must receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days at the latest. Otherwise, your order is
sent back to the Vegan Shop. In such a case, Vegan Shop is not responsible for any material damage that may occur in case of deterioration of the product or products in the parcel. If you request your returned order again, it will be sent to you with the shipping cost paid. For all these reasons, we recommend that you track your cargo from the tracking link we sent to your e-mail, and contact the relevant cargo branch or us in case of any problems.

Important reminder about cargo delivery:

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received your cargo. If you think that there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record with the cargo company.
After the product is received, it is accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.
If the product is damaged, please inform us by sending the report you have prepared to info@vegandukkan.com as soon as possible.

 

RETURN TERMS:

Within 7 days from the date of delivery, you can return any accessories and box contents, if any, with the safe original packaging intact. The sales invoice (with all copies) must be submitted with the product. If the invoice is issued on behalf of the company, a return invoice must be issued. If the invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations are non-refundable.
Returns are not accepted in the original packaging or in cases where there is any scratch, tear, unpacking, use of the product, or missing the contents of the box. In case of a return request, the shipping fee will be deducted from your shopping cost.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Returns of cold chain products are not accepted!
